Ingredients

sesame oil

tbsp
chopped green chiles
I use canned Hatch
2 or 3
cups
cold rice
stale/day old rice works best, you can also sub cauliflower rice here.

sugar, nitrate free Turkey Kilbasa chopped
you can also use chicken breast, pork, tofu - any protein

tbsp
sugar
1 or 2
tbsp
coconut aminos
or soy sauce

tbsp
fish sauce
I use Red Boat

frozen mixed veggies

chopped fresh basil
1/3
cup
chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Heat oil in wok on med/low, add green chiles
add protein, if using uncooked chicken make sure to cook it all the way through
add rice and mix
add sugar, fish sauce and coconut aminos; stir to combine
cover until frozen veg heats through
add chopped herbs and stir
serve with chop sticks!
