put the parchment paper on a jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet)
unroll the puff pastry onto the pan, press the seams of the 2 sheets together so they cover the whole pan. bake as instructed on the box.
while the puff pastry is baking (mine took 15 min), rinse the berries and cut the stems off.
make the frosting: mix all remaining ingredients in the mixer until smooth.
once the puff pastry comes out of the oven let it cool completely (30 min). then spread the frosting over the puff pastry leaving the edges bare. Decorate with the fruit.
put in the fridge until almost ready to serve. take out of fridge 15 min before serving to come back to room temp. sprinkle powered sugar over the top right before serving. YUMMMMM!
