My kitchen reno is underway so dinners are looking a little different around here. This slow cooker chicken curry is yummy. Served over microwaved rice with naan heated up in a skillet on my burner plate. Not bad, if I say so myself.
place chicken, coconut milk, curry powder, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, onion, jalapeno, garlic and ginger into the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 3 hours. Before shredding the chicken add in cilantro, basil and spinach.
