1lbsloose turkey sausage (Italian if you can find it)
1lbsground turkey
1jarRao's Marinara Sauce
1tspsalt
1tsppepper
1 tbspItalian seasoning
1boxpastaspaghetti, penne - whatever you prefer!
Instructions
saute chopped onion in avocado oil until soft
add ground turkey and loose sausage and cook through
add Rao's sauce to meat, add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning - simmer 20 min.
while that's simmering boil a pot of salted water and cook your pasta
serve and enjoy!

But, it's what you can do with the sauce that makes it a week night winner in my house.
