Hot Fudge Sauce

Drizzle it over ice cream, brownies, berries or pretty much anything. YUM
Equipment
- 1 sauce pan
- 1 mason jar (to store the leftovers)
Ingredients
- 2 cups semi sweet or milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup cream (or half and half)
- 1 tbsp butter
- dash salt
- 1 tspn vanilla extract
Instructions
- melt the chocolate chips with the cream stirring until combined over medium heat
- add in pat of butter and stir to combine
- add dash of salt
- remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract
- Enjoy!
Notes
Pour into a mason jar with lid to store in fridge. It will harden in the fridge, just put the jar in the microwave (no metal lid) and reheat to re-serve.
