unsweetened almond milk

skim milk

chia seeds

quick cook oats
I use Bob's Red Mill
1/4
cup
egg whites
1/8
cup
raw pecans
or walnuts- whatever nuts you have
1/8
cup
raisins
1
drizzle
maple syrup
Instructions
bring milks and chia seeds to a boil over medium heat on stove
add egg whites, stir
add oats, stir
add raisins and nuts, stir until oats are cooked -- about 5 min.
pour in a bowl and drizzle with maple syrup
