This little dish could be an appetizer or lunch. It's fresh and yummy, the flavors and textures go together really well.

Ingredients
6
fresh figs, quartered
6
slices
prosciutto
1
hunk
buffalo mozzarella, chopped
2
tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
pine nuts
Instructions
quarter the figs and spread on a plate
rip the slices of prosciutto and tuck around the figs
sprinkle the chopped mozzarella on top
toast the pine nuts in the olive oil, then pour over the figs, prosciutto and cheese.
Enjoy!
Notes
This could easily be made with out the pine nuts or you could use a different nut.
