What We’re Watching
MEGAN : This week I paused my Oscar watching research for the season three premier of White Lotus. Set in Bangkok, Thailand at a stunning resort. One episode in and the characters already have me wondering where this is going. New episodes drop on Sundays at 9.
CHRISTA : Coming April 8…is anyone else still watching? It’s the final season and I can’t wait to see how June’s story ends.
What We’re Wearing
CHRISTA : New black wide-leg pants from LOFT…wear with a layering piece while it’s still chilly, wear with all the cute tops when it’s warmer! My top is from Ann Taylor’s weekend collection last fall, but I linked several similar options.
Sale Alert: These black SCHUTZ clear sandals are half price – only $64! Grab a pair because you will wear them with everything.
Fit tip: I am 5’4″, and typically wear a size 8-10. I am wearing an 8P in these pants, website says they do run a little big.

MEGAN : Evereve just opened at our local town center and I picked up this 3/4 zip. (If you are local it’s a great Walk and Talk destination!) The ribbon details sold me. Currently getting a lot of wear in my elevated athleisure moment. My Gola sneakers and COS tee shirt are from our spring essentials post. What We’re Loving (and Think You Might Too!)
MEGAN : My teenage niece is in town visiting and like any good aunt I took her to Sephora. I am so impressed by the awareness of Gen Z about “clean” beauty products. Everything she got is clean and good for her young and perfect skin. The Summer Fridays lip oil and Kosas Bronzer were so good I *might* have had to get them too. Hey–if you can’t go to the Caribbean you might as well look like you did, right?
CHRISTA : More black pants! Why not, they are so versatile…everyone needs a pair or two that they love. If you’re in need, try these J.Crew Factory black pants. A little dressier than the LOFT pants. They’re priced just right (around $68, depending on color), fit well, wear nicely, and go with everything. Spoiler alert: I like them so much, I added them to my spring essentials list in navy–navy is the “new black” for spring! I think I may need this pink though!
Fit tip: I am 5’4″, size 8-10, and bought these in a 10 for a comfortable fit. I purchased regular length instead of petite, and they fit me a little longer than the model. They come in regular, petite and tall, in sizes 00-24.
Random Stuff We Like
MEGAN : Do you ever watch a movie or a show and ask yourself, “Wait, what else have I seen them in?”? I do and it’s the topic of MANY conversations on our Walk and Talks. When White Lotus premiered Sunday night I was googling away. Let me save you the trouble. Fun fact: Mike White (writer/creator/director) was a contestant on Survivor and each season one of his teammates from Survivor make a cameo.
CHRISTA : If you’re looking for some gifting inspiration, look no further than Shelby Parks on Instagram. I love her fun little gift ideas, many created from adorable finds in the Target Dollar Spot. You could adopt a lot of her ideas to create fun care packages, too. She’s so creative! Browse through her IG feed and you’ll be inspired!
